How long does it take between signing a contract and delivery?
Our standard is to have your villa ready at our factory door within eight weeks of receiving the signed contract and deposit from you.

There may be variances from standard but we will tell you the delivery date before you enter into the contract.

Can we deliver one to you on your site?
Of course we can!

Is there such a thing as a “factory door” price?
Yes, we can quote for any villa we build at our Wauchope factory door. You then attend to shifting it and placing it on your site. We may well add a bit of free advice on how to go about it!

If anything goes wrong whilst the villa is being shifted, who pays for the repairs?
This is a tricky question – if we shift the villa, we do. If you shift the villa you do or your carrier – it all depends.

If anything goes wrong with the villa after I’ve moved in what do I do?
Through our Master Builder we can only guarantee his work and his sub-contractors. So, it depends on what it is.

Are the villas suitable as residences?
Yes, our villas are built to ordinary housing standards.
