Our
designs are flexible and versatile. We can do almost
anything with them but prefer to work in 3.5 metre
wide modules with a maximum of 10 metres long to keep
costs down.
Standard
modules are based on 8m by 3.5m. This can be a simple
single bedroom cabin of 29 square metres or it can
be the basis of a luxurious full-size 5 bedroom home
of about 110 square metres. Patios and carports can
be added, by us or others. The only limit is the size
of your plot of land.
PRICES
We
will quote on any non-standard villa we build before
we write your contract. As a guideline and at present
(July 2007) our factory door price is $1,275* per
square metre of living space. Delivery and land are
not included in this price and patios, carports and
roofs over patios are also extra unless specifically
included. The square metre sizes refer to actual living
space.
* Costs of building
materials are ever changing. The villa prices on this
brochure are indicative. Please confirm current prices
