Port Park Cabins completed its first relocatable home in August 2003. Since then it has established a factory at Wauchope on the NSW Mid North Coast and introduced a range of designs based on standard modules to suit a wide variety of needs. These mobile homes are suitable for installation in caravan parks and mobile home villages or on private land.
